How To Cancel Your Membership
We hate to see you go!
Before you cancel, we wanted to remind you that as a member you not only get the lowest prices on our core products but now you can choose any two products starting at member pricing!
As a Peak Hygiene Plan member, you are also covered under the new Platinum Warranty and have the same abilities as before to skip your next order, select a specific shipment date or adjust the frequency of your plan in one-month increments up to 11 months.
Once logged in to your account you will click the 3 dots in the top right of your screen to populate the drop down menu. Then select Cancel Plan and go through the process of selecting the reason for your cancellation.
